I have added new Support Ticket System to the site.  The new system will allow clients to quickly create a support ticket for quick resolution of there issue.

Miscellaneous Concrete Products had a need for a database to track various stages of a job cycle. The database was created using Microsoft Access since there would be a limited number of users accessing the application.

A user interface was created that allows employees to enter information about each job and reports were developed to show outstanding jobs, amount invoiced among others.
